Yesterday Oklahoma law makers passed a law in the House to make texting while driving a primary offense, meaning you can be stopped and ticketed for that offense alone. Next the law is headed to Governor Fallen to her signature to be signed into Oklahoma Law. This will make Oklahoma the 46th state to ban texting while driving for Adults. Texting while driving has been illegal for teenagers for several years now.
