Q: Some days, my child will be busy with band, sports or some family time. Is this a problem.
A: Absolutely not. I want to mesh our schedules to make the most of both of our time. Please do try to let me know as soon as you know the scheduled driving times are a problem. Make sure to double check the calendar after you have spoke with me to make sure I reflected the change on my calendar.

Q: Aren't you a teacher?
A: Yes, I am a Computer teacher at Grove High School to this day. I also design web sites and teach kids how to drive. The past seven years as a School Bus Driver has trained me well. I love to drive. My new car is electric and I love to drive it. Kabe is proud of our volt. I am proud of him. 2012-03

Q:  How long does a class take?
A: Classroom training is 10 hours and is usually done during a weekend or another time when school is not in session. Twelve hours in the car (six hours individual driving time) are scheduled with Mr. Huggins at a convenient time for
the student

Q: When is your next class?
A: New classes begin about once per month. Call or text 918-801-3978 to find out the next class being planned. Better yet, sign up now with a $100 deposit and be guaranteed a spot in the next class. Our next class may be posted on our calendar already.

Q: What will my child learn?
A: Since 2007 I have been teaching new drivers how to be safer and more aware drivers. I hope that my students think of me from time to time as they grow older and remember how Mr. Huggins told them to “keep it between the mustard and the mayonnaise”. I like to make sure my students have driven in neighborhoods, parked in tight spaces and tricky situations, backed up safer, made all the turns, kept it between the lines at high and low speeds, held the wheel correctly, got on and off the interstate, wore their seat belt all the time and put their phones away. Lets face it, we need to drive, almost every day; home, work, church, everywhere we go. Our driving laws are not all so obvious to new drivers. I guarantee my graduates will pass the permit test or I will pay for the second test.
