A: Oklahoma has joined many states in reducing costs by eliminated a printed book when so many Oklahomans have access to the Internet. Download the Oklahoma Driver Manual at: http://www.dps.state.ok.us/dls/pub/ODM.pdf Q: Can I get a printed version of manual? Students who register for any service of $100 or greater will receive the printed manual free of charge. I can not charge for the books do they are not available for sale. You may download the book for free to a flash drive and print a personal copy at most stores for about $10 for the 97 page book. Q: My daughter is 17 but still hasn't taken the first test yet. A: Your daughter will only be allowed to take the 25 question written test only on her first test because she is not 18. 18 year olds may take the written test and driving test on the same day. A: New drivers need these documents. 1. Original state issued birth certificate. 2. Social security card. 3. Letter from school that you passed the 8th grade reading test.
