Yes, 15+ student must be at both class days to complete 10 hour classroom training.

Yes you can take Drivers Ed now if you just turned 15. Note: you won't be able to apply for Oklahoma Driver Permit until you are 15 1/2. Must wait until 16 years old to apply for Oklahoma Driver Permit without Drivers Ed.
