Here is a list of a few new Oklahoma Driving, traffic, and vehicle laws that Oklahoma passed recently. This is not a complete list, just a few I could find of the 279 new laws passed in OK this year that were of particular interest to me.

- SB183 - DUI and other violations now suspended for 1 year
- HB1269 - New Specialized License Plates for vehicles.
- HB1847 - New guidelines for Child Passenger Restrain Systems and seatbelts
- HB1860 - Notarized Affidavit now OK for under 18 when parents can't be present to get license.
- SB372 - Motorcycle clarification and increases fines for driving while suspended/revoked.
- HB1902 - Busting a child out of a locked hot car is ok.
