Transport Passengers?

Q: I have a driver’s education question. When you get your license at 16, can you have passengers in the car with you that are under the age of 16? Thanks,

A: When drivers pass the skills driving test with the examiner they will be able to transport one non-family passenger.   After having an intermediate license accident and ticket free for 6 months (with drivers ed) or 1 year (without drivers ed)  drivers may transport unlimited passengers.  good question.  MH
