Out of state residents from MO, AR, KS will still just receive an Oklahoma Certificate of Drivers Education completion after completing the ten hour class and six hours behind the wheel. You may enroll in the Drivers Ed course for the knowledge and experience, however Kabesdad Drivers Ed certificates are only recognized in Oklahoma.
